Chef Chip's Rib Rub

Category: Seasonings, Flours and Breadcrumbs
Serving Size: enough for 2 racks of ribs

Rib Rub

  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Pimenton seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, fresh minced
  • 2 teaspoons satsuma zest
  • clarified butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients and rub over any rib of your choice (beef, pork or lamb).
