Lemon & Champagne Vinaigrette

Serving Size:

  • 3 ounces champagne wine vinegar
  • 1 ounce lemon juice, strained
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 large shallot, chopped
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil blend

Puree all ingredients, except for oil, in blender. With machine running, slowly add the oil.
