    Magnolia I Room

    24 Seated – 30 Reception

    Showcases highly acclaimed David Bates’ Magnolia art. French doors throughout the room open onto a private balcony that can also be divided.

    40 Seated  –  50 Reception

    Spacious, bright, great for cocktail-style or seated events. Can be combined with Magnolia I to accommodate more.

    By merging Magnolia I and II, a larger room is created, making the space ideal for larger events and celebrations.

    Colorized black-and-white photographs by local artist Bobby Wozniac hang throughout.  French Doors open onto a private balcony overlooking City Park. Can be combined with Magnolia Rooms as a full second-floor rental.
