Seasoned Ralph's on the Park Sales Manager Anita Montero has impressive experience and a passion for events. Having never worked a job outside of restaurants and hospitality, Anita's understanding of the business and her clients' needs is reflected in her work. Her role includes planning a wide range of events, and she specializes in intimate weddings, high impact corporate events, and social gatherings at Ralph's on the Park.
With an extensive 20 years at Ralph's on the Park, Anita's success is largely in part to her ability to listen to her clients, fostering meaningful connections and gaining their trust. Anita has countless repeat clients, including clients who return multiple times a year. She thrives on walking trepidatious clients through the process of planning unforgettable events, and she finds it rewarding seeing them transform from nervousness to happiness.
Anita's journey at Ralph's on the Park began when the doors first opened. On the opening team, Anita worked as a Front of House Manager, transitioning into sales a year later. Prior to joining the Ralph's team, Anita began her career in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants in New Orleans, Los Angeles, and New York. She opened two restaurants in New Orleans, Graham's and Sapphire, and worked as the Chef du Cuisine at Sapphire.
Anita is married to Chef Chris Montero, has 3 stepdaughters, and two dogs, Archie and Bodhi. Despite being married to a chef, Anita hosts and cooks a weekly Sunday night dinner gathering, with special guests changing from week to week, including children, spouses, and grandchildren. She is an avid gardener and runner.
